Nucleus City is a game about a young man trying to make sense of a world that can't make sense of itself. After civilization collapses
finally around 2130, how does one find meaning? And is rebuilding worth it?
I started conceptualizing Nucleus City around 2021, at the time principally inspired by the wonderful LISA fangame
LISA: The Pointless by Edvinas Kandrotas.
It was in a soft, lazy, "ideas" stage for a while, but eventually I started working in the Unity game engine to make it a
real thing. At that point, Disco Elysium became another major point of inspiration. In 2024, I finished up a short demo
set in Chapter 3 of a planned five chapters. I'm quite proud of it and hope you'll check it out, though I don't think it's
exactly representative of what the finished product is going to look like. I'm still thinking about and working on this game
slowly, but it'll probably be a long time before it's ready for release; I might end up releasing it in chapters.
I intend to switch to the Godot engine which will be a whole new thing to learn.
Once development fully restarts I might make a whole separate section of the site dedicated to it.

Suspiria de Profundis is an odd little half-game I half-finished and am half-proud of. Named after the excellent book of essays by Thomas De Quincey, the Suspiria is a game about dreams and memories.
Though it's nowhere near where I might have wanted it to end up, I eventually got too sick and tired of it to continue working. Given that it had at least enough in it to, in my opinion, be something interesting, and that I was feeling especially
and detrimentally burdened by it, I released it in early 2026. I would be honored if you played it, but I would like to warn that it's not exactly the most stable or best put-together experience.
